One day a scholarly man came to see Sisman Tuccar at the teahouse. He said, “I have been studying the different strands of Buddhist teachings but the more I look into it, the more inconsistency I find. I am just after the authentic original teachings.”
Said Sisman, “I understand. For quite some time I have been looking for the authentic baklava. I have been taxing my brain day and night. Is it the asawer or the basma? Is it the borma or the asabi? I just can’t seem to get to the bottom of it!”
